I found some issue on your page. I'm not able to create any extract when I go to page https://openmaptiles.com/extracts/
When I input the custom bounds nothing is happening. I got this error in console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
extracts.js?t=1524231026:240 Uncaught ReferenceError: ol is not defined
at extracts.js?t=1524231026:240

Request URL: https://openlayers.org/en/v4.0.1/build/ol.js
Request Method: GET
Status Code: 404

Trying in Chromium 70 and Firefox 60 on Debian
Thanks for help!
