Digital Persona Fingerprint scanner not detected on Android phones ~Android ~Digital Persona ~U.R.U 4500

We've recently just purchased Digital Persona U.Are.U 4500 that we want to use it to scan fingerprint and connect it to Android phones. But the problem is that even from sample app from the SDK, the app cannot detect the scanner.
Then we try to make android project from the beginning and use the sdk to get the readers using UareUGlobal.GetReaderCollection().GetReaders() but it always results in empty list.
When looking at logcat, there's one warning that says:

type=1400 audit(0.0:19869): avc: denied { read } for name="video4linux" dev="sysfs" ino=15721 scontext=u:r:untrusted_app:s0:c512,c768 tcontext=u:object_r:sysfs:s0 tclass=dir permissive=0

Anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you in advance.
