Need a wepack config and npm or yarn command to build

I am using Webpack 3, all working well except I am unable to setup service worker. It requires Webpack 4+.
Since I install Webpack 4, it appears many issues that I cannot solve. It means that plugin is out-of-date or conflict with CLI that I cannot use "yarn run build" to work anymore.
Can everyone give structures to install from scratch?
My purposes:
- Build Js/scss/css/fontAwesome/
- Requires React/ReactDOM
- Build to minimize js/css/images
Can you give me command line to install all dependencies and plugins?
Can you give a package.json file
Can you give me a webpack.config.json file?
Sorry about this because I researched many resources but it seems that they used different version and made conflicted.

have you tried looking at the migration guide from 3-4? Upgrading your plugins and loaders?

What you didn't understand? Some steps are really clear for eg: upgrade all your plugins and loaders.
