Deploy apps in China via Amazon App Store
I have a Android a which I'd like to distribute in the Amazon App store. Therefore I've created a app profile in the Amazon developer console. I would like to have this app available in China. Unfortunately if I go to:
"Availability & Pricing" -> "Only select countries and regions" -> "Asia"
The checkbox for China is disabled whilst all others are available. I have completed the "Royalty Tax Identity Interview" as well as the "Service Tax Identity Interview". So missing tax information should not be the problem. But still I can't select China.
What am I missing?

Seams like Amazon developer accounts are not automatically enabled to deploy apps for Amazon.cn. After creating a support ticket Amazon gave the required permissions to my account and now China is available.
