Capacitor & Cordova Fabric Plugin

Building an app with Capacitor. And trying to add this plugin. https://ionicframework.com/docs/native/crashlytics/
But the plugin reads the keys from AndroidManifest.xml
I cant store the keys in the XML file, becuz for some reason its generated each time gradle syncs.
Is there a way to hardcode my kyes into the plugin?
