Genetic Algorithm matlab in python with DEAP
I'm trying to translate a matlab function into python...
but now at some point matlab uses internal functions that I don't know how to run on python
this is the section of matlab code:
options = optimoptions(@ga,'PopulationSize',100);
[x,fval] = ga(FitnessFunction,numVar,A,b,,,lb,ub,,options);
the disp of options in matlab is:
