Roadmap for learning Magento 2 as frontend developer?
I have guarantee job 'Magento & Frontend developer' If I learn Magento 2 within two-three months. I have experience in HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/JS and others, but I need some tips for learning Magneto 2 fast? What should I know so I can be ready to work on this position?
WIthin this 15 days of learning, I learn to install Magento 2, make custom theme and module, and little bit about how magento work and mysql.

Did you read an official documentation (devdocs.magento.com) ? I suppose, acquaintance with "Frontend development" section will be a good start.
