Unable to extract transferred zip file which is created using dotnetzip at Windows Server?

In SSIS, I used the following command format to transfer a zip file(password protected) to windows server using xcomtcp
d:xcomntxcomtcp.exe -c1 -f DOMAIN=<domain_name> REMOTE_SYSTEM=<remote_ip_address>
PORT=8044 USERID=<username>
PASSWORD=<password> REMOTE_FILE=remoteDirZipfile.zip
PROTOCOL=TCPIP FILE_OPTION=REPLACE QUEUE=NO LOCAL_FILE=Zipfile.zip
I am able to extract zip file with password in the same windows server 2012(source). But after it is transferred to other windows server, unable to extract zip file(which is received at destination windows server 2012). I have used the following code to zip and set password using dotnetzip ("dotnetzip.dll" from nuget),
using (ZipFile zip = new ZipFile())
{
zip.Password = "password123";
zip.AddFile("c:tempfile1.txt");
zip.Save("c:tempZipfile.zip");
}
But I am able to transfer that zip file to Remote windows server 2012 from windows server 2012, but unable to extract zip file, while extracting, the following error occurred
"Compressed Folder Error: Windows cannot open the
folder,Compressed(zipped) folder is invalid".
How to resolve this issue, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Grab the invalid ZIP file, and grab the correct, valid original ZIP file. Use a hex editor to check the file content of the invalid ZIP file. Do a binary comparision between the valid and invalid ZIP file to spot differences. Do basic file analysis, essentially. Somehow your ZIP file got corrupted or some other file got transferred with the name of the ZIP file by mistake.
