Today I want to upgrade from spring boot 1.5.0 to 2.0.6 but at runtime spring not able to instantiate.

BeanConfig class:

Where I was wrong?

Use @PersistenceUnit instead of @Autowired for entityManagerFactory

I got the answer. No need of extra BeanConfig class. Use @EnableAutoConfiguration at your boot application. Refer the below code for your DaoImpl's.
