We are integrating jira service desk with our application via REST API. For authentication we are planning to use Oath. Both Our application and Jira users are same. If a user is logged into our application the same user is exist in jira also.
So if i am using Oath how jira identify the user logged in since we are using access token for jira administrator? or in this case do we need separate access tokens for separate user? If that is the case how can i implement that on the fly.
