Visual Studio doesn't see updates to CSS file
Visual studio doesn't see any updates to CSS files. It does see the file as it is when the project is loaded, but any further changes are lost on it. The file is updated so that pages render correctly, but the following doesn't work:
- Clicking F12 on a class name in a page tells me that that class
cannot be found. - Clicking on a class that existed when loaded will highlight where it
was then. If lines were added above it - it will highlight the wrong
lines. It even remembers the old line lengths.
Closing and restarting VS doesn't help. Deleting the .vs folder and bin and obj - does.
Using VS2017 15.9.1 (latest) on Windows 10 Pro 1803.
