How to use the Openmesh with macOS

I have installed the OpenMesh with the homebrew, but I found that I can't use the mesh.request_vertex_normals(). I have learned the request_vertex_normals is in OpenMesh::Concepts::KernelT, but I can't find this in my project either. How can I resolve this issue?
