Facebook Graph API how to get target urls?
I want to gather urls from ads on Facebook.
As I understood they are two types of urls there. The 1st one is external urls. In this case ad contains a link to third-party domain. I can get these urls through field Object_strory_spec of the object called Creative. That's clear.
The 2nd kind of ad's url is a link to the post on Facebook . The creative contains effective_object_story_id field that contains ID of this post. How can I get this post? I've tried to get it using query like this: GET https://graph.facebook.com/v3.2/215133255979126_313452872813830?access_token...
But I have got the error with number 10 To use 'Page Public Content Access', your use of this endpoint must be reviewed and approved by Facebook
What does it mean? Why I have to provide them my application while it has not completed yet? how can I read public posts in this case? I am administrator of my Ad campaign and I've created post for ad by myself. Why FB asks my application in this case?
I'll be grateful for any help.

If you want to get access to content on public pages you have no admin access to, then you need to submit for Page Public Content Access first, developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review/… If you have admin access to the page(s) in question - then use your page access token to request the specific post.
