Routing multiple requests/WebSocket connections to the same server through individual proxies

0

Suppose I have visited a website that opens a WebSocket to communicate with the server, but it blocks any further attempt to connect from the same IP address.

Suppose I want to bypass that by making a Chrome extension that accepts a list of proxy servers and routes each of N different connections to the same server through an individual proxy.

Is that possible? Does an API, necessary to have several WebSockets opened (with the same hostname/URL) through different proxies simultaneously, exist?
I've done some googling and only found an API that allows specific websites to bypass proxy configuration, which is not what I am looking for, since the website is the same and I have multiple proxies, not vise versa.
