Weebly: Set maximum header size (or stretch height of image to fit the header)
I'm attempting to limit the background header image so it fits exactly an overlaid image.
The example is here:

You can see the edge of the top image of the hand. I would like to either set the hand image to be 100% height of the background header, or limit the height of the background header.
It's Weebly, so nothing is particularly easy to configure.
I have tried adding the following without luck:
<div id="banner-wrap">
{{#header}}
<div class="banner">
<div class="container">{content}</div>
{ height: 100px }
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
