Android- ZoomableImageView and DraggableParentView are having conflict
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
I'm using a zoomable imageview inside a draggable layout. I want to make them work without any conflict. Currently when i'm trying to consume the onTouchEvent if imageView (child), when there are more than 1 fingures detected , means pointerCount is greater than 1. But issue is that when I set onTouchListener on imageView then it is called efore onTouch of parent view so I can false/true to enable/disable the touch event for parent, which is good. But imageView doesn't zoom because onTouch method doesn't has super.onTouch method so method is overridden and functionality of zooming is stopped. On other hand if i make a custom class ofr Imageview and override onTouchEvent as it has super method in it. Then neither that method is not calling nor the onTouch is calling in parent. How can I resolve this issue? or what's the better way to handle this scenario?
CustomPhotoView:
public class CustomPhotoView extends PhotoView {
public CustomPhotoView(Context context) {
super(context);
}
public CustomPhotoView(Context context, AttributeSet attr) {
super(context, attr);
}
public CustomPhotoView(Context context, AttributeSet attr, int defStyle) {
super(context, attr, defStyle);
}
public CustomPhotoView(Context context, AttributeSet attrs, int defStyleAttr, int defStyleRes) {
super(context, attrs, defStyleAttr, defStyleRes);
}
@Override
public boolean onTouchEvent(MotionEvent event) {
return event.getPointerCount() > 1 && super.onTouchEvent(event);
}
}
If i use touchListener as following then onTouch is calling but can't use super method to perform use functionality:
mViewDataBinding.postImg.setOnTouchListener(new View.OnTouchListener() {
@Override
public boolean onTouch(View v, MotionEvent event) {
return event.getPointerCount() > 1;
}
});
android ontouchlistener android-touch-event
