I am currently performing CWT analyses on some EMG data and I was trying to plot this as 3D, so time x frequency x magnitude(scaling). Does anybody know how to do this? Here is some piece of code, but I don't seem to get anything out of it
fs=2500;
burst1=1x74939 double;
[wt,f] = cwt(burst1,fs);
Basically, what I would like to achieve is to put the results from
cwt(burst1,fs);
into 3D format, so that magnitude is the third dimension.
I hope you guys can help me out =)
