Define standardized font for entire word document

I have never used VBA in Word up to now, therefore I am a real amateur. I have a word document. This document will be filled from many different people. (it is a normal word, no form) In order to always have the same font, I would like to put a VBA code that one can only write a text in the document in e.g. "Arial" font. Can anybody tell me how to do that? I have really searched a lot on the internet, without any success.
