r weighted crosstab with absolute and relative distribution

I'm trying to make crosstabs in R and can not find a function that achieves 3 objectives:
1) absolute distribution (n)
2) relative distribution (%)
3) Weighted option
4) Introduce a 3'th control variable

Tracing R packages, I've found some that achieves 1, 2 or 3 of the mention objectives, but no the 4 of them.

By now, the most completed one I've found is function crosstab, but can not find the way to weight results.

Any Idea of any package/funtion that can work with de 4 objetives?

What I hope is to obtain something like this (weighted and with a third variable as control):
