disabled is not working on angularjs element directive in daterangepicker for single date picker option

0

I am using single date picker of daterangepicker plugin with angularjs. I created element directive for single date picker. Everything is working fine, but disabled the single date picker is not working.

I am using check box for controlling the date picker. When I select checkbox, date picker should be disabled. Disabled property is applied but click on disabled date picker, picker dropdown also opened. This is the issue. How can we prevent the click event on disabled datepicker in custom directive.

I will add the code below.

datepicker source : http://www.daterangepicker.com/

element directive in html

<single-datepicker ng-model="endDate" ng-disabled="noEndDate" class="w-100"></single-datepicker>

checkbox for controlling end date picker

<input type="checkbox" class="custom-control-input" ng-model="noEndDate" id="no-end-date" name="example1">

custom directive for single datepicker

angular.module('tar').directive('singleDatepicker', function() {
return {
require : 'ngModel',
restrict: 'E',
transclude: true,
scope:{
bindModel:'=ngModel',bindDisabled:'=ngDisabled'
},
template:'<input ng-model="bindModel" ng-disabled="bindDisabled" class="form-control schedule-text-box"/>',
link : function (scope, element, attrs, ngModel) {

element.daterangepicker({
singleDatePicker: true,
showDropdowns: true,
minYear: 1901,
opens: 'left',
maxYear: parseInt(moment().format('YYYY'),10)},
function (start, end, label) {
scope.$apply(function(){
scope.bindModel = start.format('MM/DD/YYYY');
console.log(scope.bindDisabled);
});
}
);

}
}

});
